The QuadFlash boot provides a fast and efficient method for sealing clusters of rooftop pipe penetrations. It’s permanent, watertight and maintenance free.

Unlike pitch pockets that can crack and fail as penetrations expand and contract, the QuadFlash boot accommodates building and pipe movement.  Designed for universal use, the QuadFlash features a spun aluminum base with dual Lok & Grip ridges around the collar to securely hold the molded rubber cap.  Heavy duty black and white EPDM caps resist weathering, ozone, UV and remain flexible even in extreme temperatures.
