No Measuring Required!

ReelFast provides contractors with a fast and easy-to-use method to properly place membrane plates. Each reel has 500 2 3/8-inch EyeHook® Plates, spaced at either 6-inches or 12-inches on center. ReelFast is designed for use with OMG manufactured #14 Heavy Duty or #15 Extra Heavy Duty fasteners, when mechanically attaching single-ply membranes to steel, wood, or structural concrete decks.

Application

ReelFast is designed for use with OMG-manufactured heavy duty or extra heavy duty fasteners in mechanically attached systems on a variety of deck types, and is sold exclusively through roofing system manufacturers. Per system manufacture’s directions, attach the first plate and unroll ReelFast along the membrane lap seam for proper spacing. At end of run, cut plastic film banding and repeat process.
