OMG RhinoTrac is an automated insulation attachment tool for installing RhinoBond plates and fasteners.  It provides the lowest installed cost for mechanical insulation attachment.  RhinoTrac simultaneously drops a RhinoBond plate and drives the fastener, saving both time and manpower.  This easy-to-operate tool minimizes operator fatigue as it eliminates continual bending or kneeling to drive screws.  It's a simple way to dramatically increase your rooftop productivity.

Application

RhinoBond plates must be fastened correctly to ensure optimum bonding with the membrane.  With the tool's simple depth setting control, fasteners are driven consistently to the proper depth, preventing over or under-driven fasteners.  RhinoTrac's rigid caster wheels make moving in a straight line effortless, so plates are easy to locate under the membrane when it's time to weld them.

Use with OMG-manufactured RhinoBond plates and OMG #14 Heavy Duty or #15 XHD fasteners up to 6-in. on steel and wood decks.
