OMG Polymer Batten Bar is made of corrosion-free polymer and packaged in 250-ft. coils, dispensed from an easy to handle "pizza" style box.  Polymer Batten Bar is pre-punched 3-inch on center making it easy to find the top ribs on steel decks and to accommodate most installations.  The 12-inch O.C. holes are also marked for easy identification.  Polymer Batten Bar is available in 3/4 and1-inch widths, and can easily be cut for individual applications.  OMG Polymer Batten Bar is FM approved.

OMG Polymer Batten Bar is dispensed from the carton.  Install in straight lines by anchoring one end and extending bar to 25-ft. or so, then anchoring again.  Fastener head should be set flush with batten bar.  Do not overdrive.
